Overview
Our exchange and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Exchanges are not possible for custom-made products. For other products, we do not give the money back, you will receive a gift card with the amount spent.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, you will receive a gift card for the value of your return, this will be emailed to you.
Shipping & returns
To return your product, you should email your purchase to info@juwelen-peeters.be.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable, however for Europe shipping is free. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
